Audit Logs

Review organization activity by event, actor, and time in a table or timeline under Settings.

Audit logs record organization activity so managers can see who did what and when. Use them for compliance reviews, investigating unexpected changes, and confirming invitations, settings updates, and other admin actions.

Open Settings → Organization → Audit logs. Viewing requires audit-logs:view. See Access Control.

Organization audit logs

This is the page most teams use. It covers your organization’s activity only.

Views

Switch between:

  • Table: columns for Time, Event, Actor, and Details
  • Timeline: the same events as a chronological feed

Both views share the same filters and infinite scroll (load more as you scroll).

Filters

Platform audit logs (operators only)

GreenSails platform administrators have a separate Platform → Audit Logs view. It is not the same as Settings → Audit logs:

If you are not a platform operator, you will not see the Platform section. Document and grant audit-logs:view for day-to-day org compliance.
