Teams
Create location-scoped crews with leads and shared access under Settings → Organization → Teams.
Teams group people who work the same venues so they share locations and access without inviting each person one policy at a time.
Open Settings → Organization → Teams.
What a team is
A team is a named crew for one or more locations. Typical uses:
- A downtown floor crew that should only see that store's orders and stock
- A kitchen team with a designated lead
- Shared access for managers who cover the same set of venues
When you create a team, you choose a name, the locations it covers, optional leads, and optional access policies. Members of the team inherit that shared setup.
For finer permissions beyond team membership, use Access Control.
Modules
Under Settings → Organization → Modules, owners can turn whole product areas on or off for the organization: Sell, Workforce, Catalog, Inventory, Menu boards, and Money. Turning a module off hides that sidebar section and related Setup wizards. The Money pack includes invoices and tax & compliance helpers (GCT-01, service charge pool, Tax & compliance settings), not a separate tax module.
